Administration Assistant with German

In January 2014 we have created regional HR boutique providing recruitment & consulting services in Central Eastern Europe. After few years of successful delivery in the area of Sales & Marketing, Engineering and BPO/SSC in February 2019 we became part of L.M. International Group. Since then in addition to recruitment we provide wider range of services including services for retail sector like mystery shopper, inventory management or trading e-commerce platform. In the HR field we are proud to call ourselves Experts in recruitment for the sector BPO/SSC. On top of that we provide our own assessment and development apps, virtual interview apps and recommendation apps.
Currently for our Clients from the BPO/ SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.REQUIREMENTS:
Very good command of German (min. B2),
Good command of English min B1/B2,
Experience in finance / accounting area min. 1 year or related studies (finance, accounting etc.)
Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work,
Analytical and conceptual mindset, numerical skills,

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process and verify financial documents (invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, etc.),
Support various accounting processes,
Prepare reports and analysis for internal purposes,
Daily cooperate with foreign clients,
