Executive Assistant with French

Your challenges:
Managing Executive Team members calendar
Ensuring effective travel schedule and reservations for Executive Team members and arranging all travel expenses
Communication with external and internal customers to arrange business meetings, conference calls, schedules
Providing information flow between Executive Team members and the rest of the organization
Preparing presentations, draft materials and document edition
Managing correspondence and documents flow
Organizing events for employees and department meetings (picnic, Christmas party and others)
Supporting the execution of communication initiatives and actions

Your skills & experience:
Fluent English and French is a must
At least 1 year experience in SSC/BPO
High level of communication skills (written and spoken)
Well-developed social skills (confidentiality, resourcefulness, good manners)
Ability to work in changing environment and under pressure
Excellent organizational skills and "can do" attitude
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multitasks
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Word)
