Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in HR/Payroll area
Strong attention to detail
Experience with data entry, with high levels of accuracy
Knowledge of benefit plans, bargaining agreements and payroll systems a plus
Must have ability for multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must demonstrate ability to be flexible and work with remote teams
Must be fluent in English and German (min. B2)
