advanced language skills both written and spoken in French
very good knowledge of English
very good communication skills
experience in customer service or administration is nice to have
positive approach to work and team player

Duties:
processing the orders from bussiness customers,
coordinating the supply chain process from administrative side,
cooperating with logistics department, sales & marketing,
contact with the customers regarding the orders (provide information and solve cases),
