Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a team based in the centre of Warsaw, Poland.

You will provide outstanding Customer Service to both internal and external customers.
You will be responsible for order management, maintaining all customer contact with professionalism and processing all internal and external orders.

In addition, you will manage customer complaints and process, investigate and resolve customer queries in line with company policy.

As a part of the team to enhance customer experience, you must possess the following skills:

• Intermediate/fluent in either English or Polish, and speak fluent or advanced German (min. C1).
• Excellent Customer Management skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Ideally with working knowledge of SAP SD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build customer relationships across the company.
• 2-3 years customer support experience.
